Ganja Yoga

Cannabis-enhanced spirituality was practiced all over the ancient world. The Ganja Yoga brand started in 2009, in Toronto Canada, and is now a global company with trained and certified Ganja Yoga Teachers all over the world.

Our mission is to help people from all walks of life experience deep relaxation & safe yoga with the use of plant medicines.

Meet Dee Dussault

Dee is an internationally-recognized leader in the cannabis-enhanced movement.

In 2009, Dee offered her first Ganja Yoga class. Not a single person came. A few years later authored the best-selling Harper Collins book by the same name, and from there started to train others in her methodology of safe yoga plus mindful cannabis.

Ganja Yoga has been hosted by MAPS, Emerald Cup, SF State University, and Plant Spirit Medicine Conference.

It’s been featured in the New York Times, Business Insider, & Wall Street Journal.

Thousands of people in twenty cities (and four countries!) have blazed and bent with Dee, - and hundreds have taken the digital or in-person Ganja Yoga Training (from as far as Hong Kong and Australia). Built entirely organic, with little capital.

On a deep spiritual path and aligned with her purpose, Dee has practiced yoga and done personal development work since the mid-90’s. Her 500-hour teacher-training was with Ananda Shakti, in the Tantric Yoga tradition of Swami Satyananda Saraswati & her honors education in sexual studies was at York University.

WE STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH SOUTH ASIANS WHO ARE DECOLONIZING YOGA, WITH INDIGENOUS FOLKS WHOSE STOLEN LAND WE ARE OCCUPYING, AND WITH OUR BLACK AND BROWN COMMUNITY DISMANTLING WHITE SUPREMACY.

Ganja Yoga provides partial scholarships for the Ganja Yoga Teacher Training & full scholarships for the subsequent Ganja Yoga Certification to BIPOC, non-neurotypical, trans, non-binary, or gender nonconforming people who are experiencing financial need.

We keep conversations about cultural appropriation alive at our in-person and virtual live stream trainings, and we work to support and amplify brands from historically-marginalized groups.

We’re open to hear more ways to be a part of creating a more just world.
